The hotel is conveniently located near Pavilion mall, with friendly staff and a variety of dining options. However, the rooms were a bit dirty upon arrival and service could improve in terms of communication. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and comfortable, were dusty, triggering my allergies for two whole days. It took us until the last day to figure out how to adjust the room temperature properly. The master bedroom had an unpleasant smell when you first walk in. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable after finding the right setting.
The hotel offers high comfort and I would definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Kuala Lumpur. Although our room wasn't ready when we arrived late afternoon, we were quickly upgraded to a bigger room, exceeding our expectations. The value for money was remarkable as we received a lot more than we anticipated.
The hotel offers lovely and spacious rooms with a huge bathtub, although they were not ready on time for our check-in at 5 pm. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion mall in the vibrant shopping district of Bukit Bintang. The dining experience was good overall, except for a hair found in a dish, and the facilities were nice with limited dining options for an extra fee.
I found the hotel to be a lovely place to stay with clean and comfortable rooms; however, there were some minor issues like the lack of cups in the room and finding hair on the pillow. My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and properly prepared, and I even got a complimentary late check-out. However, the lack of soundproofing made it very noisy, and there was a leakage issue in the closet that caused a small puddle. The service was amazing in some aspects, with always smiling and very friendly staff, but there were some shortcomings like not being helpful at reception and not knowing how to cook eggs properly. The location was convenient, being close to Pavilion mall and other eateries, but parking was a hassle due to limited slots. The dining experience had its ups and downs with a good variety of choices but being overcrowded and serving style. The facilities were decent overall.
I was thrilled with the fantastic views from our high-floor room overlooking the city skyline, the room itself was spacious and had a nice modern feel. Unfortunately, the lack of hot water throughout our stay was a major letdown, despite bringing it to the attention of the staff. Overall, a good value for the money with a mix of positives and negatives.
